Dear All,

I am planning the the attached multicast setup in my company.  have few things to clarrify before finalising the plan. kindly clarrify my below doubts.

1. Can we have ( USE) at a time both ip pim sparse-mode and ip pim sparse-dense-mode in the switch ? will create any issue?

2. To get (access) the mutlicast streams (our case its Source IP-10.20.14.0/24 - MIPs- 225.0.1.1,226.0.1.1   &  Source IP-  10.20.1.0/24 - MIP- 232.0.2.1) the receiver should be in the respective vlan or it cant be the different vlan as well .. pl clarrify.

3. Any issue with multicast traffic flow through L2 etherchannel? is it possible?

Kindly suggest and guide me

Thanks

C'mon mate.  You just posted your question two hours ago.  It's a Sunday in the rest of the world PLUS you made a 2nd post of the same issue.

Making multiple post won't make someone answer your question.  It will just confuse everyone.

Sorry i will delete the other one.
