This issue just started. I am no longer able to log into my switch via a web browser. Credentials are correct. It worked fine last month. Tried using different browsers. Keeps telling me invalid username or password. I'm using the same one I have always used without issue. No one has changed the password. I am the only with access to it. Any idea what I can do to reset the password? I am not physically on site, but I can log into any of the computers remotely which are connected to that switch.

Hello,
exactly. Disconnect all the Ethernet cables from the switch, then press and hold the 'Reset' button on the switch for at least 20 seconds until all the port LEDs light up. The switch will then reboot.
The default IP address of the switch should be set to 192.168. 1.254, both username and password should be “cisco”

ask any one to reload and see if that resolve, if not you need to factory reset.

I did have someone power cycle the switch. That did not help. How to perform factory reset on this model? Hold in reset switch for 30 seconds?
