When running the show int summary command, what does the numbers reflect? is this the current active queues? or the last X minutes?

Hello,
Time at which counters that measure cumulative statistics (such as the number of bytes transmitted and received) were last reset to zero.
If you need a period of time, you can clear the counters and monitor from the 0 moment on your need
