I would like to know what is the difference between Shared Port Adapters and line card? Why Cisco name it difference?

Not sure what you referring here,
ASR support Line Cards, also Voice/Data port adapter here
if this not what you referencing, give us the part number to suggest better here,

Do not confuse yourself between the models, Line card is Line card.
ASR is different compare to Catalyst
Catalyst have Line card and modules. no SPA support.

Because a line card and an SPA are different.
SPA (Shared Port Adapter) is an adapter that "branches" out a slot and "inside" an SPA can have different line cards inside.
An SPA is "passive" (doesn't require power): It is a "tray" to put different line cards in it.
