There are currently no active ISAKMP Security Associations (SAs) established on your device. ISAKMP SAs are used to manage the negotiation and establishment of secure connections, such as VPN tunnels. In other words, your VPN is not alive.
Do debug crypto isakmp and debug crypto ipsec in order to troubleshoot.
