I'm having issues trying to get my C1111 to register with Smart, I've already configured one Router successfully but two others are getting the following errors.
*Nov 15 16:06:13.372 GMT: http_client_process_request: host_name = tools.cisco.com
*Nov 15 16:06:13.372 GMT: http_client_process_request: transaction url=tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService
*Nov 15 16:06:13.372 GMT: http_client_process_request: call home http client
*Nov 15 16:06:13.390 GMT: http_resolve_server_name_for_callhome: Resolved into IPv4 addresshttpc_request: Dont have the credentials
My call-home configuration is as follows:
call-home contact-email-addr networks@address.co.uk site-id "Site Name" source-interface Loopback0 no http secure server-identity-check profile "CiscoTAC-1" active destination transport-method http no destination transport-method email
I've verified connectivity via Telent on port 443
I just can't figure out how it worked on my test Router but not the other two, and I'm unsure why my debug would complain about credentials.
Hope you can help me figure this out.
Thanks

Hello @martynch1
Resolved into IPv4 addresshttpc_request: Dont have the credentials
Ensure that the credentials provided in the call-home configuration are correct.
Double-check the username and password associated with the HTTP credentials.

Hi, not using username and passwords for this, we didn't on the other router either which worked
