Spanning Tree Loop

hi,

I have 2 units of 7206VXR routers and 25 units of 6509 Catalyst switches in my datacenter with redundancies.

But, spanning tree loop happened in the LAN causing the entire LAN to go down.

Can I know how should I design the network to avoid this thing from happening?
