Stack ports are down at 9300

Hi we have stack switch 9300. Now we notice stack ports are down. and did not see any lights abnormal. I think this might be caused by connection loose. Do you think anything else can cause the issue? Does the stack port has light which shows the port status down or up? Thank you

Try fixing the stack cable, you should be ok.

That stack is not cabled up properly.  
I would recommend organizing an outage and re-cabling the stack according to best-practice standards.

yes as per the output, Looks like cable issue, take the configuration backup out of the box in the maintenance window, try to re-insert the cable check intact and check with show command again.

 

by the way what IOS XE code running?

 

Note : as per the put you have 4 switches, is the 4th switch ok ?

Yes, we have four switches as one stack working well running 17.3.3

Try fixing the stack cable, you should be ok.
