Hey guys, I have a current setup as shown in the screenshot, my aim is to ping to the other device and I configured static route for the routers but I am not able to ping. Can anyone suggest what to be done by seeing the screenshots?

On the router on the left in your diagram -

ip route 192.168.200.0 255.255.255.0 10.1.1.x (the 10.1.1.x IP is the router on the right).

On the router on the right -

ip route 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0 10.1.1.x (the 10.1.1.x IP is the router on the left)

I have already executed those commands and not able to ping

Not according to the outputs you posted.

Can you post the configurations of both routers.

Gateways were already added
