Static Routing

I'm  lost in Static Routing. Can anybody give me the sequence, actual code  (using ip route) and instructions on how to do this in packet tracer?  ---I have 4 routers, each has one PC. IP addresses follow:  192.168.1.0(fa network) , 192.168.2.0(serialDCE),192.168.3.0(fa network)  , 192.168.4.0(serialDCE),192.1...68.5.0(fa  network) , 192.168.6.0(serialDCE),192.168.7.0(fa network)  respectively.... 1.1-routerIP, 1.2-PC IP...and first node will be 2.1  second 2.2 and continuously...

That's not enough explained. Please can you provide a simple schema and we can give you the right commands you'll need.
