Strange behavior in provider MPLS link

I am having some strange problem with my new mpls circuit with my provider.

Frame-relay circuit with BGP routing on my CE router to my provider PE router.

Ping and tracing everything look fine and fast but mail flow ,name pipe , smtp ,RPC is working but very slowing to central hub site

IF I switch the line to the old frame relay circuit everything is working fine .

How can I determine where is the problem ?

Dear,

Such problem not related to MPLS design any more because the different between your old design and the current MPLS design is the provider becoime interferance in your routing instead of end-to-end routing in FR, but there is something could leade to that issue such as if your provider deploy QOS and assign low priority for such traffic, to make sure you have to check that issue with your provider.
