Strange message at the end of booting Cisco1841

Hello,

When we upgraded to IOS c1841-ipbasek9-mz.124-22-YB5 and reloaded the router we received following messages at the end of the boot process:

licensing flash block 0 needs to be initialized

licensing flash block 1 needs to be initialized

licensing flash block 0 needs to be initialized

licensing flash block 1 needs to be initialized

Does anyone know what this means.

Dimitri,

      This usually happens when unused parts of the Flash are being accessed. Try these steps

1. Reload the router again.

2. If the message appears again, format the flash and reload the IOS

Thank you for your reply.

When we reloaded the device the messages did not appear anymore.

So i presume this is just a notification message and cannot cause any problems?
