I would like to capture the all packet in/out from one interface and forward to syslog.
How do I create ACL for it? how about the syslog server setting in cisco side? please advise

Hi,
please specify your goals ... if you want to log infos from your router, see that:

if you want to check all packets, the best way maybe could be a packet sniffer (like ethereal) and a SPAN port:

Hello,
I would recommend to you that capturing all packets and sending out syslog is not the best way to accomplish what you are trying to do.
I would recommend using a sniffer or netflow to do this and not syslog.
