T1 on 3925 wont come up, data-coding inverted needed on 3660

We are currently trying to move all our P2P T1's from multiple 3600's to one 3925 in our data center. The offsite has a 2811 with data-coding inversion on it connects to our data center on a 3660 and is up. When I move it to our 3925, data-coding inverted isnt an option so we disabled on the 2811, we cant get the t1 to come up on the 3925.

Full T1 from from the 2811 to the NIU, comes into our data center on a ds3 into an adtran mux we manage. ATT confirmed ESF, B8ZS, our Adtran is set the same. Several other T1's come in on the DS3 to the 3925 and are up.

3925 should have clock source line, not internal.

Need to see show controllers T1 when cable is connected.

Note: for good results do not use ethernet patch cables. Use proper T1 100 Ohm cable, if that osnot available, use Cat5 and crimp pairs correctty per T1 pinout - not ethernet.

I am pretty sure I changed the clock source but in this P2P is the carrier providing timing or is one of my routers the DTE and one the DCE?

For carrier provided circuits like this, the routers should take clock source from the line.
