HI-
Trying to pull down new IOS for a 4331 router. It keeps timing out. I'm using SolarWinds, which doesn't seem to be held in high regard. Can someone recommend another choice? Also, any other tips would be appreciate.

What was the file in flash and what was the exact boot-statement?

Yes, if an entry is not needed it should be removed. And be aware that the list is used top-down. Your new entry has to be at the top.

Your IOS is all there? Reason I ask, I remember spending some time debugging a system that wouldn't boot a new image, until I discovered the whole image wasn't present.

this is the syntax that works for me:
boot system bootflash:/isr4300-universalk9.03.16.04b.S.155-3.S4b-ext.SPA.bin
