The question about:Cisco device connect to h3c device

hello everyone;

         I have some trouble today,the top is:

Cisco---------ISP----------H3C

Both cisco and h3c connect to WAN useing E1(unframe),Using the PPP on the devices.

The cisco and h3c device work well for 3 years untill last Friday.Now, the PPP didn't work. the protocol is down.

When  I change  another cisco in stead h3c. PPP is down ,HDLC is UP.

maybe someone had this question.

You have, very evidently, a circuit failure and the SP must fix it.

in my mind,the circuit and ISP is ok,maybe it is a bug for cisco device.After all,the device use  more than 3 years.

The fact that it has been working 3 years actually demonstrate that there is no bug, and the circuit is defective.

If there was a bug, it would never have worked.
