A 48 port 3750X, with dual 10g, is rated at 101.2 Mpps, so two of those stacked would meet your 200 Mpps requirement. The newer 48 port 3650 (also stackable) is rated at 104.16 Mpps with dual 10g and 130.95 Mpps with quad 10g. The newer 48 port 3850 (also stackable) is also rated at 130.95 Mpps for quad 10g. There's also other 3850 models (again also stackable) with 200 Mpps+ ratings (per one unit):
WS-C3850-24XU | 500 Mpps (80B packets) |
WS-C3850-12X48U | 460 Mpps (64B packets) |
WS-C3850-12XS | 227.28 Mpps |
WS-C3850-24XS | 454.55 Mpps |
There's often more involved in selecting a switch, for some purpose, than just it's PPS rating.
