What is, or how is, the 75% being monitored?

Possibly some system management package that "flags" link utilization above some threshold set within it.(?)

Unclear what kind of resolution you're looking to obtain.  I.e. eliminate the messages or insure traffic doesn't exceed 75%?

This is Vendor device placed at the client location .

Remote site >. Clien_L2 > Client_L3 > OBS Device <<< 60Mbps>>> INTERNET

Ok, that answers my first two questions, but still "Unclear what kind of resolution you're looking to obtain. I.e. eliminate the messages or insure traffic doesn't exceed 75%?"

Hello,

do you have any QoS configured on CISCO-EDGE-ROUTER ? Post the running configuration of that router, as well as the output of:

show interfaces GigabitEthernet2/1
