Ports 6 and 10 are the router ports. The MAC address is the wireless controller's gateway and vlan 1140 is for the user's and 1141 is the management VLANs.. Any help?

please paste the entire runing config of the 3550.

try to shut down one of the port and see if you still see the port flapping ?

on which port is the wireless controller connected?

Are these ports connected to the same router?

Could you give us a topology of how these connections are mapped and also the configs...

By the look of things you have one mac address showing up on two different ports intermittently...
