Hello,
I would like to know if I can configure my UC520 to support Dual WAN for failover or Bonded DSL.
To add a second WAN do I need to add any upgrade module to UC520?

You cannot add any data module to an UC5x0.
However, you can configure VLANs so to use some internal ports as additional WAN.
