unable to access configure terminal in C1121X router

Hi All, 

We recently bought C1121(X) routers. however. we are unable to configure the router as the configure terminal command shows as not supported on the router.

It seems like your Cisco C1121(X) router is running in SD-WAN mode (IOSD-UCMK9-M), which explains why the confugre-terminal command is not supported.

the devices may have an SD WAN image installed on them

post show version

if so with this kind of version you will need to perfom a procedure to install a regular IOS XE image ( autonomous mode)

be also aware of following bug in your SW version

check the register number
