GTS  is not supported on Integrated Services Digital Networks (ISDNs),  dialup interfaces, or generic routing encapsulation (GRE) tunnel  interfaces on the Cisco 7500 series router. Traffic shaping is not  supported with flow switching.

This is related not only to 7500.

I aware about that restrict but i can apply policy on other tunnel interface such tunnel0

interface Tunnel0

description Tunnel To BBT

bandwidth 512

max-reserved-bandwidth 90

service-policy output QOS-BBT-512K

If you can do something, it is not means that it is supported. For example you can use GRE tunnels on catalyst switches, but it is also not supported.

Does "show policy-map interface" says something?  Can you please pate it here?

Also paste "sh ver".

And what is about "show policy-map interface"?

The output was attached. Thanks

The source of tunnel IP from BVI interface so i think we cannot apply service-policy in that tunnel
