Unable to browse with port 80 or http

Hi All,

Today morning onwards I am having with a problem, any website with http is not opening. At the same "https is working with out any issue" I tried to do telnet to goole with port 80 it is not connecting . But with 443 it is connecting. Can any one help me sort this problem out.
