I'm beginning to understand IP NAT, but am not fully cognitive on the options, would someone translate them to easy?
Those options being:
extendable
no-alias
no-payload
vrf
In addition, what happens if you do not include inside or outside specification in your IP NAT statements?
Is it possible to overload the IP NAT outside ?
How would you code a statement to allow return traffic from inside to receive port 80 from an overload interface?

I don't want to explain NAT in my own words as Cisco did a very good job in explaining this topic on the following documentations.
