Urgent : Core Dump on gigabit linecards Cisco 12008 GSR

I have experienced the following problem on gigabit interfaces, I hope that you can help me solve this one.

the IOS is the newest one - gsr-k4p-mz.120-30.S.bin

it doesn't accept the upgrade command

outer#upgrade all

Linecard in slot 4 is not enabled; skipping

Linecard in slot 5 is not enabled; skipping

Linecard in slot 6 is not enabled; skipping

Linecard in slot 7 is not enabled; skipping

Hello,

you might want to try and reload the linecards with the command ´reload slot x´, you could also try to physically reseat the cards.

If that doesn´t help, try the ´diag x verbose´ command (where x is the slot number) to perform field diagnostics on the card.
