Verify ASR 1001-HX Image Supports Specific Command Features

I'm trying to determine if advance enterprise license/image is need to run specific commands on an ASR 1001-HX. I know cisco use to provide a tool to check this does that still exist and if so where can I find it?

Some of config features we need to run are:

router bgp 

router osfp

ip as-path

ip wccp redirect exclude

policy-map

ip prefix-list

route-map

I am pretty sure we will need to run an advance enterprise license/image vice IP services, but I need to be able to confirm this.
