Our ISP manages our 4 Routers (one at each site)
I had them upgrade to IOS 12.4 on our Cisco 2800s after we were having issues with TCP Window Scaling - Mobile devices couldn't download any files.
The ugprade fixed this however, our Fileshares across our VPN are now being super slow. this is 40MB fiber connections, so It should be nothing but slow. and was not before the upgrade any ideas?
Thanks,
Jason Finnigan
EDIT: I don't mean just opening files or copying files are slow; which they are. but even listing the directories/files in windows explorer is slow.

I don't know if this would make a diffrence. but most of the share are hosted from Windows 2000 server. One share is on XP. the clients are all Windows 7 machines. This issue only started after the IOS upgrade from 12.3 to 12.4(2)t1

I wasn't able to get them to upgrade as of yet. I had to have them go back to 12.3 and just disable TCP Window Scaling on our network for now. I really want the upgrade soon though.
Would 15.1(4)m6 be a good release to go too for the 2801s?
