Hi Guys

I have a few questions on VPWS / EoMPLS etc

Can these only be used in an MPLS network ? can you run them without MPLS? if not, why not?

What is the main difference in VPWS and EoMPLS?

Also, would providers these days configure EVPN using BGP? if doing this, would you still create pseudowires? or is the config different?

If mpls core 

Then it l2vpn called vpws 

If the core is pure IP 

Then it l2vpn called l2tpv3.

Mainly the l2vpn depend on SP core
