vRouter with >10G throughput?

Are the CSR1000v or the C8000v capable of throughputs greater than 10Gbps?  Can CPU cores be added to the deployment to increase performance or it the code only written to take advantage of 8 cores / vCPUs?

Once of the session i hear that Cat v8000 can do 10GB (but not tested myself), depends on througput requirement you need to give vCPU and RAM also.

Datasheet also claims same - (worth contacting local cisco partnet before you placing order to clarify this).
