Hi,
I'm facing a weird problem with my cisco router 837 when working with windows VPN. I've got everything setup, able to connect and network access is ok. However, once the VPN session ended, the router will always reboot itself for no apparent reason. Does anybody face the same problem? Where should I even begin to troubleshoot this problem.
Any kind soul out there have a clue into this hair tearing problem?
Thanks a million

Sounds like a bug. Your first step should be the bug toolkit:

If this doesn't turn up anything you might try a different IOS version. What version are you running?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the tools since I took over the router which has been > 3 years old.
The router is on IOS 12.2(8).
Do you have any suggestion on how to begin troubleshooting? Any suggesiton will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
