What happen if there is no access-list 100 configured in snmp-server community public RO 100?

But i dont hv access-list 100 configured. Wht will happen to the snmp traffic?

there is no access-list 100 , which means there is no effect, which means everything allowed to SNMP RO.

well, if there is no ACL, there is no effect on this community. So, everyone will have access on this community.

As the others have correctly noted, no actually defined ACL will behave as if there's no ACL, which there is not. Or, in ACL speak, "permit any any". However, the password still needs to match.
