What happens when intrusive test is ordered for only one circuit in the multilink bundle?Does the service provider takes down whole Multilink or only the interface asked to do?

no the service provide should not take the whole bundle down. I suggest to take the link that will be tested out of the bundle. my experience with mlppp is that it is sometimes buggy and testing a link with it bundled sometimes hangs up the whole multitink

I can't say for everyone but it depends on the "intrusive" test. Providers nowadays have either software or hardware test protocols. Some software can be done with the link running but hardware end-to-end test would take a link down.
