What’s the cheapest router with ios CLI?

Hi,

 I’ve read elsewhere on this forum that Cisco routers for Small Businesses do NOT have the command line interface for ios.

 I’m looking to buy a Cisco router for my home office for 1. Security needs, and 2. To be able to use ios through the CLI, as I’m studying for the CCNA.

 So could you please tell me what is the cheapest router (ideally with wifi built in) that has ios, accessible via the cable/putty.

For Security needs you probably need one from 2800s series; old type of ISR with ISO 12.4 and gui via web browser plus SDM. but it comes with DPS for voice and basic security IOS.  you even may get lucky and get one with IOS 15, which requires larger CF flash card and more RAM, i think 256 MB ram need it.  I owned couple of those; might still have one left.
