when trying to update SLM224P firmware, Switch no answers

I try Update Firmware en the Switch SLM224P, This Website Download Firmware :

Now the Switch no answers the website, ni ping to IP default, the botton reset not working, Why?

Did you get the firmware?

I need SLM224g firmware 2.0.0.10 or 1.0.x.

I don't know if the SLM224P firmware fits the SLM224G.

But I would like to try the upgrade!

Can you make the firmware available?
