This is probably the wrong forum, but I can't find any forum related to sales.
I am looking at buying a cisco router that I think meets my needs, and I am trying to find the different support options available for it.
Unfortunately, I can't find this information on cisco's website despite searching for it.
So, I asked my reseller (who didn't know), and I have called cisco presales 5 times. None of the people I spoke with know. They also referred me to customer service and order management. None of them know.
They keep sending me to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/svcs/ps3034/ps2827/ps2978/serv_group_home.html which is general information about smartnet and how wonderful it is. But I can't find any product skus or part numbers for specific routers.
Where can I find this information? (aside from finding a better reseller...)

Check this tool
http://www.cisco-servicefinder.com/
I use it extensively for my customers. Enter your product number and it will show you your options. For pricing you need to contact the reseller or you can get general pricing via google.
Hope it helps.

You really need a better reseller. There are some online ones that are good and provide all the part numbers and price.

The document linked above does not list the exact part number and prices in which the OP is interested.
As mentioned before, these are only available to Cisco Partners.

Thank you Roberto and Collin, that is exactly what I'm looking for.
I just find it odd that cisco's presales team don't know about it.
