Why cannot detect non-Cisco devices after entering feature lldp in Nexus 7000

Hi, After I entered command feature lldp in Nexus 7000, I can use command show lldp neighbor and see some Cisco devices, but I cannot see non-Cisco devices as its neighbors. I did it based on below Cisco document. Any one can give me some suggestion ? Thank you

The document does say that when you enable the feature, its automatically enabled on all supported interfaces. So I wonder if the "other end" has LLDP enabled too?
