Hello we had cisco 1720 router with a WIC-1T for a point to point T1 between two of our sites. The 1720 cratered so I scrounged and found a 2600 that showed compatible with the WIC-1T so we moved it to the 2600. I cannot get it to go up/up. Attached is my config and the interface status. Is there possibly something I might be missing on the config? Its very basic and I just essentially mirrored the old config. I am at a loss as to why the serial is not coming up, I had telco check the circuit and they say it is good end to end.

Ok,
1.Do you use the same encapsulation and same keepalive values in both sites?
If it possible ... sh in int serial x/x and sh run int se0/0 from other site.
2. Show contr serial x/x from 2600

Turned on both sides, watching consoles not seeing any output. Still staring....

Ok realized I needed to turn on packet debugging as well. All I get is this over and over on the bad side where we replaced the router, still nothing on other end.
