WIC T2 card not showing in inventory on Cisco 2911

I have a Cisco 2911 router on my test network with a WIC-2T installed. The WIC T2  is showing up in sh diag, but not in sh controllers. I cant even configure it. The output from sh diag, says, "WIC module not supported/disabled in this slot" I also tested the WIC T2 card in a Cisco 1841 router and it lights up and I can see it, so I know the WIC T2 card is working. I have another Cisco 2911 router with a WIC T2 installed, and it is showing in show diag and show inventory, and I can configure the WIC T2 card, so I know the WIC T2 is supported in a 2911.  How do I enable the WIC T2 card? Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated.

what is the error have you look at the matrix does the module support ?

 - Check current software version on the 2911  , use latest or advisory release , check if that can help.
