I already have the router set up running the Internet through it just fine. I want to connect my 2950 Switch to the FA1/1 port of the WIC4-ESW card. I assumed it would have to be trunking or other vlans would not be allowed. I currently have FA1/4 of the card assigned to Vlan 7 and connected directly to my computer.
I have FA0/4 of the 2950 connected to FA1/4 of the WIC4ESW card in the 1760 router but I cannot telnet from one to the other yet.
Please help if you can. I want to be able to connect a Wireless router to the switch.
I will post the Show runs of the router and switch right below.

Hello Jgrasso77,
have you tried to use a cross-over cable ? In old times switch to switch connections required this type of cable. In the last years the introduction of the MDIX function allowed to have people use stright cable also for connections switch to switch.
But you have not so new hardware, C1760 and C2950 so I would give a try to a cross-over cable.
Hope to help
Giuseppe
