what is the difference a wildcard mask 1 and a wildcard mask 0

0-bit = match
1-bit = ignore
'Don't care bits' are represented by binary 1's whilst the 'Do care bits' are represented by binary 0's. The exact opposite of the subnet mask. Taking 192.168.1.32/27 as an example. Subnet mask - 255.255.255.224
