Hi guys,
I have an outdoor wireless usb adapter that connects on my pc. I know that i can bridge a connection with pc's network card and use an ethernet cable to connect another pc or router and expand the internet.
I was wondering if there is any adapter or converter that can be used instead of the pc that can replace the job the pc is doing now ..bridging of the wireless connection with the wired...
I want to have the wireless usb adapter connected to this converter (usb to ethernet) if something like that exists, this adapter should have a web interface were you can set the encryption key (wpa) that the wireless usb adapter is using so will be able to communicate and share the internet on the ethernet port.of the adapter so that i will be able to connect my router with this adapter and be able to expand my network..
The reason is that i don't wan't to have the pc switched on and playing just the role of internet sharing and consuming electricity.
Thanks a lot.
