X.21 and G.703

Hi,

Any one has any idea on how to get the X.21 running at the protocol level using a G.703 interface.

One of our partners wants to deliver us a n E1 with X.21. What do i need to bring this up and running.

Hi, X.21 is physical interface, not really a protocol. If your partner insists on terminating the circuit via X.21, you provide a serial interface and a male dte x.21 cable. Else you get an E1 interface so you can eliminate the external converter and monitor the true perfomances of the circuit.
