is the enddevice directly connected to a cisco router or to a x25 switch?
if it is connected directly - try this:
int s0
enc x25 dce
x25 htc 10 (it depends)
x25 address 1234
x25 win 7
x25 wout 7
perhaps you need a clocrate - in the case if the enddevice is connected without a modem
clock rate 9600
!
if the enddevice is connected through a x25 switch you do not need "enc x25 dce".
instead this u will have to configure only "enc x25".
x25 has a kind of master/slave relationship.
if there is a x25 switch you do not need the dce statemant - this does the x25 switch.
dce in this case does NOT mean the layer 1 dce!!!
it is in layer 2 !
