Analytics is enabled but relevant license is not present

after upgrade vmanage cluster to 20.9.4a I get this error

"Analytics is enabled but relevant license is not present"

what is it? and why for one vmanage of cluster?

May be try sync again with License as provide this guide : (Hope you have License and using smart License ?)

Our dna licenses are ended (we on the way to prolong them) , but btw Cloud Services is disabled, and so, I don't know why I continue to get the error

my security department doesn't agree using cloud analytics, can I disable it forever?
