Cisco’s acquisition of Viptela in 2017 established Cisco as a SD-WAN leader. The ever-evolving world has sprinted towards SD-WAN requiring advancements like location anywhere access with multi-cloud, application experience, security and analytics being the key areas of focus. Cisco announced End-of-Life for vEdge platforms with a vision to move forward with a single ecosystem that has best of the controller architecture and best of the infrastructure running on IOS XE.

Experts Details Prakash Khilolani is a Technical Marketing Engineer and has been with Cisco for just over 2 years. His overall experience working on Cisco products is over 15+ years involved with different technologies in Routing and Switching world. He is currently leading WAN Optimization (WAAS & AppQoE), vEdge platforms, and ISR 1000 series products from Technical Marketing side. As TME he is responsible for collaborating with different stakeholders on product development, monitoring product performance and training marketing teams on product specifications and functionalities.
Anath Bahat is a Director of Product Management for Enterprise Routing & SD-WAN and is responsible the Fixed Access, Viptela portfolio and Hybrid-work portfolio. Based in Bangalore, his team is intimately involved in SD-WAN enablement across the portfolio, especially so in the APJC region.
Suresh KV is a Technical Marketing Leader, he leads SDWAN Multitenancy, SDWAN Migration and MSP Solution and design. He has been working with Cisco products over 15 years and has been involved in different technologies such as, routing, security, and SD-WAN word. Suresh is responsible of collaborating with different skate holders on product development, monitoring product performance and training marketing teams on product specifications and functionalities. |

When the target device is selected, then corresponding feature templates are converted. If the device interface match was not found, those interfaces would not be converted, and the tool ignores prompts the info to the users.
