I am using cEdge SD-WAN ISR4331-DNA.
I want to know in case this SD-WAN cEdge crashes and not booting, how should I recover it with the new device. What are the things I need to consider and what are the steps I need to do to replace the faulty device with the new devices ?

It's starts similar to onboarding a new router or doing a hardware refresh, you need to get the new router added to your controllers, get the router communicating with the controllers then push the new template. We typically push with a temp system IP so it doesn't overlap with the old one.
After getting the new one online and we're satisfied it's working, we'll invalidate the crashed/RMA/refreshed device, remove it from the controller then set the system IP to what the previous one was.
