In the CLI feature template, there's an option to create a variable. Search option just above the CLI box. We use variables for several things in our CLI templates.
The key is in how you set the alert. Since there are 2 records returned for the lookup, the !mappings have to be on the same condition line, not on separate lines. Once I put the 2 entries on the same line, everything worked
