Can we use same IP Address for Sysem IP and VPN 0 of a vBond and vSmart

System IP is like router ID in ospf/eigrp/bgp 

You can not have same router ID in your network' even if this system IP not need to know by underlying but it identify the device. 

Use same system ID in two device make issue in edge and vmanage to connect to these device.
