I am testing a Viptela to IOS-XE upgrade on an ISR1100-4G (20.9.5.1 > 17.9.4a). It's been well over an hour now since I started the upgrade? How long should it take? I am following this process:

usually it takes less than 10 minutes, can you connect via console and check?
