Lab based vManage, admin account locked due to nn failed logins

I'm trying to login for the first time to a vManage for some lab testing, setup by someone who has left our organisation.

Credentials should be default admin/admin according to the info  I have.

GUI fails with these credentials, and when I SSH into the vManage its reporting that the account is locked due to 17 failed logins, way more than the attempts I made today. So I've no access to the console or the GUI.

It was my understanding that for a locked admin account the lock timed out eventually, is this correct? If not, how do I recover this device? This one is running 20.6.2.2. I've rebooted the VM but that made no difference

If the credentials are incorrect does entering the correct ones remove the account lock? Its a while since I last worked with vManage.

root user can reset the password of admin, contact TAC

if this is Lab, i will re-install
